1. We start the shipping process 2 hours after placing the order. We only accept the cancellation request during this period.
2. All orders are shipped within 3 days from placing the order by the carrier chosen based on your location and the fastest service available.
3. The usual delivery time is 4 to 10 business days for the USA, CA, AU, UK, and Europe. For the rest of the countries, the delivery time frame is 4 to 15 working days, but you may receive your items much sooner.
4. All shipped orders have a tracking number, so you can follow them every step of the way!
5. Some packages may experience delays beyond our control, such as customs delays and/or postal delays.
6. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the address and other shipping information are entered correctly. We are unable to change any information once your order has been placed. Fresh Juice Blender will not hold the responsibility for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered while placing the order.
7. If a package is returned due to the wrong address information that the buyer has entered while placing the order, an amount of $20 will be paid by the buyer for the re-shipping process to the corrected address. A refund request will not be accepted.
8. If the buyer country's delivery policies require the buyer to collect the package from the post office upon delivery, and the buyer fails to collect it according to the post office deadline, Fresh Juice Blender will not accept any resend or refund request.
9. If the tracking information for the package states that it is delivered to the buyer, but the buyer has not received the package, the buyer must contact the courier who stated in the shipment confirmation to solve the issue.
10. Fresh Juice Blender cannot guarantee that the buyer will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties by the government of his country. The buyer is responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by his government.
11. We ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia, and Western Europe. If the purchased item is out of inventory in the nearest location, we'll send the package directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION: If we ask for the buyer’s phone number or ID number before shipping the order, it’s because it’s part of the buyer’s country shipping requirements. This information is needed to ship your order, otherwise, your order will be canceled.
COVID-19: Our couriers are operating at their regular speeds. However, we are seeing delays during customs processing at certain ports of entry. So kindly be patient during this time as we are all working very hard to ensure that the order makes it to the buyer.
