Return Policy

1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. We have a 30 days return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it.

4. All returns must be deposited to the courier on or before the 30th day from delivery of the package.

5. Fresh Juice Blender will not accept any returns past 30 days of the date of delivery.

6. To request a return, contact us at support@fresh-juice-blender.com, if your return request is accepted, we will send you a return instruction on how and where to send your package.

7. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, nor get a refund or a replacement.

8. Fresh Juice Blender reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria or show signs of manipulation, refund and replacement will not be accepted.

 

I. FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

On the rare occurrence of receiving a defective item during the shipping process, please accept our apologies and carefully follow these instructions:

1. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it, if it arrived damaged or not working, contact us at support@fresh-juice-blender.com. If it’s not reported within the specified period of time you will not receive a replacement or a refund.

2. Fresh Juice Blender will not issue a replacement or a refund if you do not provide us with proof such as videos/photos proving the item is broken or damaged.

In this case, you can choose between two solutions we provide:

a. Replacement:

1. As soon as we receive your request/proofs, we’ll inspect them, if they get approved, we’ll provide you with a return address. Return fees will be on us.
2. We'll ship you a new item to the same address as soon you share the return receipt with us. Shipping fees will be on us.
3. The re-shipped item will be sent with the same details as the first order, we won't accept any changes.


b. Refund:

1. As soon as we receive your request/proofs, we'll inspect them, if they get approved, we’ll provide you with a return address. Return fees will be on us.
2. As soon as the returned package arrives at our warehouse, gets verified and approved, we’ll refund you.
3. We'll refund you the same amount you paid for your order to the same bank card/PayPal.

 

II. FOR NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

 

A. Fresh Juice Blender sent the wrong item:

On the rare occurrence of receiving a wrong item, please accept our apologies, and carefully follow these instructions:

1. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it, if the item is different from what you ordered, contact us at support@fresh-juice-blender.com. If it’s not reported within the specified period of time you will not receive a replacement or a refund.

2. Fresh Juice Blender will not issue a replacement or a refund if you do not provide us with proof such as videos/photos proving the item is different from what you ordered.

In this case, you can choose between two solutions we provide:

B. Buyer ordered the wrong item:

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it, if you mistakenly ordered the wrong item, contact us at support@fresh-juice-blender.com. If it’s not reported within the specified period of time you will not receive a replacement or a refund.

The solution we provide:

a. Replacement:

1. We'll provide you with a return address. Return fees will be on the buyer.
2. We'll send you a new custom invoice of $20 per item for re-shipping, packaging, and restocking fees, to confirm and pay.
3. We'll ship you the new item as soon as the returned package arrives at our warehouse and gets verified that it's in a good form as we initially sent it.

 

C. Buyer changed his mind:

In case the buyer changed his mind for some reason, please follow these instructions:

Inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us at support@fresh-juice-blender.com. If it’s not reported within the specified period of time you will not receive a replacement or a refund.

In this case, you can choose between two solutions we provide:

a. Replacement:
1. We'll provide you with a return address. Return fees will be on the buyer.
2. We'll send you a new custom invoice of $20 per package for re-shipping, packaging, and restocking fees, to confirm and pay.
3. We'll ship you the new item as soon as the returned package arrives at our warehouse and gets verified that it's in a good form as we initially sent it.

b. Refund:

1. As soon as we receive your request/proofs, we'll inspect them, if they get approved, we’ll provide you with a return address. Return fees will be on the buyer.
2. An amount of $20 per package will be deducted from the refund amount as a restocking and packaging price.
3. As soon as the return package arrives at our warehouse and gets verified that it's in good form as we initially sent it, we'll refund you.
4. We'll refund you to the same bank card/PayPal.
